The agreement between you and SpeechPath.AI when you use our service.

Last updated: June 14, 2026

1. Acceptance of terms

By creating an account or using SpeechPath.AI (the "Service"), you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Eligibility & accounts

You must be a licensed or supervised speech-language professional, or otherwise authorized, to use the clinical features of the Service. You are responsible for the accuracy of your account information and for keeping your credentials confidential. You are responsible for all activity under your account.

3. Your data & responsibilities

You retain ownership of all patient and practice data you enter. You are responsible for obtaining any consents required to process your patients' information and for using the Service in compliance with the laws and professional standards that apply to your practice.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Service: no unlawful activity, no attempts to breach security or access other users' data, no reverse-engineering, and no use that infringes third-party rights.

5. AI-generated content

The Service uses AI to assist with documentation, scheduling, and clinical suggestions. AI output is a draft aid, not professional advice. You remain the clinician of record and are responsible for reviewing, editing, and approving any AI-generated content before relying on it.

6. Subscriptions & billing

Paid plans are billed in advance on the cadence shown at checkout. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. We may change pricing with reasonable notice; changes apply to subsequent billing periods.

7. Intellectual property

The Service, including its software, design, and content (excluding your data), is owned by SpeechPath.AI and protected by intellectual-property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service per these Terms.

8. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that AI output will be accurate or complete.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SpeechPath.AI is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any loss of data or profits arising from your use of the Service.

10. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms. On termination you may export your data within a reasonable window before deletion.

11. Changes & contact

We may update these Terms; material changes will be reflected by the date above. Questions? Email [email protected] or visit our contact page.
